Business is available monthly at $500 or annually at $5,500, a saving of $500 a year. Team is billed monthly. Payment is processed through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Billing starts when your 14-day trial ends and you add a card.

Billing questions
How the money part works.
When exactly do I start paying?
When your 14-day trial ends and you add a card. If the trial ends before you add one, your workspace stays visible but read-only. Nothing is deleted, and editing comes back as soon as you add a card.
Do invited people count as seats?
Yes. An invited person holds a seat from the moment the invitation is sent. Deactivating someone frees the seat immediately and keeps their conversation history.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes, on Business: $5,500 a year for up to 100 seats, which is $500 less than paying monthly. Team is billed monthly. Email us to switch to annual billing.
How is payment handled?
Through Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards. Card details go straight to Stripe — they are never stored in CadentiaAI.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid month, then becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export your history. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable, but you are not charged again.
Does the AI cost extra?
Not from us. AI features run on your own Claude or ChatGPT key, so that usage is billed to you directly by the provider — usually $5–20 a month for a team of ten.
